All this talk about soda has me getting thirsty; The type of thirst that can only be quenched by the wonderful, god given, life-imbuing, element that is water. No drink will ever beat water, as much as I enjoy my sodas, and coffees, and energy drinks, if I were ever marooned on an island, or deep in a desert amongst the dunes, there is no drink I'd rather have. Be a friend and remember this when consuming your beverages, that water comes first. Do not support AI data centers, and do your best to consume other beverages ethically as possible. I started this section of my website as a way to expand my options, so as to try and break away from the major brands in an effort to reduce my consumption of products that are the result of slave work, exploitation, and resource hoarding. 👎Monster Ultra Red White & Blue Razz
This thing is kinda generically sweet. I do suppose it's supposed to be though, as the flavor is supposed to be that of a "rocket pop" popsicle. The flavor of a rocket pop is cherry, lemon, and blue razzberry. Even if you like the taste of melted popsicle this one might be just a bit too sweet, at least in my opinion.

I really enjoy coconut cream and I really enjoy dr pepper. This is a perfect balance of the two flavors and they somehow blend very well. The unfortunate thing about these is that I can't stop drinking them. These things are the next level above delicious. (addictive)

OOOOOOO it taste like Jose Cuervo margarita mix. OOOOOO it taste so good. Might have to buy me a case of these. OOOOOO yummy.

👍Fanta Crimson Sour Cherry
OOOO ahhh, this one's sour. oof, sour drink like it says. DO NOT CONSUME if you have bad acid reflux/heartburn. Oh but it tastes soooo good. It tastes like a cherry blowpop, you remember those? Those lollipops with the gum in the center that tore your mouth up when you had em. They certainly stained your mouth too, but I digress they were one of the best halloween candies I would get as a child and this soda tastes like that. Perhaps don't go getting a 12 case of this, but it's worth a try as it tastes really good.
👍Dirty Mountain Dew (Cream Soda Dew)
This thing is cream soda mixed with Mountain Dew, it does not deserve the moniker of "dirty" soda. Personally I do not care for dirty sodas, and I am a big fan of cream soda. Looking at this from either perspective of it being a cream soda, or a dirty soda I think it's a bit of a disappointment. The flavor is not all that awful, but as with most canned Mountain Dew drinks it also tastes a bit flat, causing it to miss out on a "bite" that could possibly save it from being rated more poorly.
👍Sangría Señorial
This soda is something between a sparkling grape juice and a very cheap wine. The smell is kind of pungent, quite vinegary. The taste, however, is quite nice. I would suggest to try this if you are a fan of sparkling grape juice, but you can pass if you aren't that big a fan of grape juice.

👍Mountain Dew Baja Blast Tropical Lime Zero Sugar
First off, you gotta drink this one ICE cold, or else you get that yucky zero sugar taste most people complain about. Secondly, this thing is basically an energy drink, each can has 68mg of caffeine, so drink one of these in a day after you've had a coffee and you'll be feeling that energy for sure. I enjoy the lime flavor, I think I'm a fan of lime sodas, and honestly I am so dissapointed that there are not more flavors that bring lime to the table outside of lemon-lime mixes. Overall, don't drink this if you aren't ok with zero sugar drinks, otherwise it's a nice caffeinated treat.

The Italians can't get them all right; this drink made my tummy feel icky :( Blood orange is an interesting flavor, it's as if someone said "let's take the delicious flavor of an orange and spike it with the guttural bitterness of a grapefruit." Strangely enough, I absolutely love every grapefruit soda I've ever had, so why does the bitterness linger so strongly in this drink? Could it be that with it being Italian, it has a lower sugar content than what I'm used to in American drinks? I'm unsure, however I would not buy this again, and would advise you to try something else first, even if you're a fan of blood orange.
👎Mountain Dew Trolli Zero Sugar
I thought it was about time I give you all something to stay away from. Thank the lord that this abomination was a limited time drink. This is one of those types of drinks that makes you wonder "do they do human taste trials or do they pass drinks through based on the likes and dislikes of a tree?" This drink tasted flat, gave me a stomach ache every time I drank it, and tasted vaguely of medicine. Be glad this one is gone. Funnily enough, They had a reverse of this drink, where they had trolli gummy worms in the flavors of Mountain Dew, and those were actually pretty good, BUT THIS AIN'T ABOUT THEM, FUCK THIS DRINK.
👍Sunkist orange Zero Sugar
Zero sugar seems to lend itself best to simple, fruit flavors, and this is no exception. The taste is interesting as it reminds me more of an orange tic-tac than it does an orange soda, but who doesn't eat the entire container of orange tic-tacs in one sitting? The zero sugar flavors that some find unpleasant are hardly noticed in this drink, and for that reason I think it is in a higher echelon amongst its zero sugar brethren. Give it a try, it may be your gateway into the zero sugar world.
👍Red Bull Iced Vanilla Berry Zero Sugar
The zero sugar version might be even better in my opinion, tasting less sweet, more sour, and an emphasis on the berry flavor over the vanilla. A great zero sugar flavor in my opinion and if you're looking to take in less sugar in your drinks, but still need the caffeine, then give this one a try.
👍Red Bull Iced Vanilla Berry
The Red Bull "Winter" edition, as it was once called, is an indicator that this was not originally planned to be a permanent flavor in the Red Bull lineup, apparently sales were good enough to bring it back and keep it around. I enjoy the Iced Vanilla Berry flavor, for a soda it has quite a smooth, creamy taste from the vanilla, with the vanilla taste being a bit stronger than the berry. The "berry" flavor in question is apparently blueberry, and in looking it up just now it also lists eucalyptus as another one of the flavor notes. I don't know about you, but I've never had eucalyptus on its own as I am not a koala or health nut, but it seems to either not taste bad, or otherwise tastes good. Iced vanilla berry is a welcome addition to the Red Bull lineup and I will continue to buy them occasionally when at a gas station or something.
👍Pocket Coffee Espresso
You may be thinking to yourself, "why is there a candy in my soda review section?" First off, this is no mere chocolate. Inside this chocolate you will find a sizeable amount of liquid inside. Secondly, this is MY website and I don't have to justify myself about why there is a candy in the soda section. This pocket coffee was a last minute counter purchase, right next to the register, the alluring packaging drew my eyes to it immediately. I had heard of pocket coffee before and thought it seemed cool, so as I saw it at the register I knew I had to grab it with no second thoughts. My conviction in buying this candy was vindicated the moment I popped it into my mouth, with a luxuriously creamy and smooth chocolate and a reduced shot of espresso inside, it was as if having the most tantalizing mocha. Besides the taste being the main appeal for me, each chocolate bite also packs a surprising 33mg of caffeine. This small caffeine boost may not seem like much to those who chug energy drinks and coffee all day, but I assure you it will stack up as you find yourself eating piece after piece. All things said and done, tariffs be damned, I think you should buy this and treat yo self. God bless the Italians for this one.

sounds like something you'd get from a broad down a back alley in the city, but it's actually an espresso coffee soda. I went for the regular version instead of diet so it has a fair bit of sugar at 37g. Still very sweet, although not sickeningly so as most American sodas would be. I believe the fact it is carbonated also relieves the bitterness associated with coffee. There is no cream in this drink, so imagine a good black pot coffee, with a lot of sugar and much smoother. If you're a fan of black coffee with sugar, you'll like this.
👍Rockstar energy Goji Blackberry
came out in October of 2021 in conjunction with the multiplayer of Halo Infinite, which later came out in November of the same year. This was, to my recollection, my first ever energy drink. I know it's kind of crazy to start with an energy drink that has an ironically "monstrous" amount caffeine, at an astounding 240mg this level of energy drink seems to now be extinct after the Panera Charged Lemonade incident which unfortunately ended in the death of a young woman in 2023. The flavor of this energy drink is astounding, it was an entirely new flavor to my palette at the time, the goji berry really adds a lot and blackberry is a great flavor in general. The mix of these two flavors created a very sweet, slightly tangy, candied fruit flavor, to be specific, "candied" and not "candy" fruit. In being a limited flavor, I had to make sure to get as much as I could and promptly ordered 2 cases, and drank them for a few months since my friends and I were obsessed with Halo Infinite around that time, which brings me to my next topic. Rockstar gave out codes on these cans which allowed you to get double XP on the game, I still have these double XP items in excess because of my addiction. The most unfortunate thing about these drinks, is that the flavor will likely never return, however Rockstar Energy is soon to release a blackberry drink in 2026, which I hope to be at least somewhat as good as this drink. It may have been a while since I drank this, but I believe this may be the ONLY 5/5 I will ever give out, DO NOT DRINK THIS DRINK AS IT IS MASSIVELY OUT OF DATE, but if you have a time machine, grab a few for me :)
👍7UP Tropical Zero Sugar
came out nationwide in February 2025, before then it was a Kroger exclusive starting in early 2023, and before THAT it had a short stint available in 16oz in 2014 and then again in 2015. I must note that I personally have come to be used to a lot of zero sugar flavors that most people dislike, however, my friend who does not like zero sugar products tried it and they assured that they did not have any weird aftertaste. 7UP Tropical is a blend of peach and mango, it is quite sweet, sweeter than a lot of sodas, but that is to be expected of a peach drink in my opinion. The taste is quite similar to a Fresca, if you have had that as well. The mango flavor is not nearly as pronounced as the peach flavor, so if you're a fan of mango you may be disappointed as it sort of gets lost in the peachiness. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would purchase again.
